What to Expect

Reaching out is often the hardest part. Here’s what happens next.

01

Initial Consultation

Reaching out doesn’t have to mean jumping straight into an appointment. Submit an inquiry online or give us a call, and we can talk by phone, text, secure message, or email, whichever you prefer. We’ll answer your questions, learn a little about what you’re looking for, and talk through your options.

If you decide you’d like to move forward, we’ll send the new patient paperwork directly to your email. Everything can be completed online.

We accept insurance, and mental health services are covered by most insurance plans. We’ll verify your benefits and provide information about your coverage and expected costs before getting started.

02

Clinician Matching

Once your online paperwork is complete, we’ll review it and identify clinicians who may be a good fit. We’ll then reach out by email, secure message, or phone, whichever you prefer, to talk through your options and get you scheduled.

The right fit matters. We’ll match you with a clinician based on personality, what you’re looking to work on, and the type of therapy that works best for you, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, traditional talk therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.

And if the first match doesn’t feel right, that’s okay. We encourage you to let us know. Finding the right therapist can make a big difference, and we’re happy to help you switch to someone who may be a better fit.

03

Getting Started

Schedule your first session and begin working with your clinician in person or through secure telehealth, whichever works best for you.

Mental health is something to maintain—not just something to address in a crisis.
